Hawaiian pork chops
Ingredients:
- 5 pork chops
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 banana
- 5 slices pineapples
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- 1 pinch curry
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
Tenderize chops with a meat tenderizer, sprinkle with curry, spread oil and mustard. Roast for 15 minutes, add salt. Place a pineapple slice and a piece of banana on each chop, sprinkle with wine and grill for 3 minutes.
