Pork neck in beer
Ingredients:
- 60 dag pork neck
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of beer
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- basil
- salt, pepper
Instructions:
Slice pork neck in 6 even slices and tenderize them gently. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, rub garlic both sides. Place ½ tablespoon honey and spread on each slice of meat. Put meat in bowl, pour beer, olive oil, and sprinkle with basil. Mix gently and set aside in the fridge for night. Before frying, drain off marinade. Put pork neck on the pre-heated tefal pan or barbecue. Grill both sides, add a little of marinade at the end.
